Made me realise
that to love you
I had to love
all bits of you
including parts
I was not okay with.

And once I learned
to love
those pieces
a wonder happened......
I learned to love
those parts in others.....
and   in myself too.

and
thus loving you
taught me,
mostly
to love me for myself...
