Please don't look at me
I am not the answer
To your life's questions
and
I don't have any
answers either!

Your questions
are yours only,
And  your answers
should your own too,

and though
my shoulders can
hold your tears,
and wait
with you
till they stop
their incessant flow

the emptiness
In your heavy heart
that's a different matter!

Life's lessons
Even though
just half learned
by me
tells that, maybe
while
I can stem your sorrows,
but in the end,
they are
yours and  yours only
to destroy!
